Design & Install Questions
Do you design in-house or outsource it?
Everything is in-house. Our designers produce the 2D and 3D designs and renderings, and our own crews install the work. One company is accountable for the plan and the result — there is no gap between what was drawn and what gets built.
Can I see the design before installation starts?
Yes — that is the point of our renderings. You review the design, we refine it together, and installation begins only after you approve what your property will look like.
Do you handle commercial and residential design work?
Both. We design and install for office campuses, retail centers, HOAs, and municipal properties across DFW, and we take on high-end residential projects where the owner wants commercial-grade planning and execution.
What happens after the installation is finished?
Most clients pair a new installation with a maintenance program, so the landscape that was installed is the landscape you keep. Ask about maintenance when we walk your property — it is the difference between year one and year five.
