HOA & Community Landscaping

The entry monument is the first thing every resident, guest, and prospective buyer sees. We manage HOA and master-planned community grounds across DFW — with the board communication, budget discipline, and documentation that make the decision easy to defend at the next meeting.

Your Board Has Enough to Argue About

Community landscape contracts go wrong in predictable ways: nobody knows who to call, complaints disappear, the scope drifts, and the board finds out about a problem from a resident’s email. We manage communities to remove exactly those failure points.

You get a named account manager, a written scope everyone can hold us to, documented visits, and recommendations presented with pricing so the board can decide rather than debate. When a resident complains, it comes to us and gets closed out.

  • Named account manager for the board
  • Written scope & documented service
  • Enhancements priced for budget planning
  • Resident complaints logged and closed out

Good questions

HOA Questions

Do you present to HOA boards?

Yes. We are used to board meetings, budget cycles, and the reality that decisions get made by committee. We bring a written scope, clear pricing, and a walk-through the board can see for themselves — and we will attend the meeting if that helps.

How do you handle homeowner complaints?

They come to your account manager, not to a crew leader on a mower. We log them, address them, and close the loop with the board so nobody is guessing whether something got handled.

Can you work within an annual HOA budget?

That is the normal case. We build the maintenance scope to the budget, then present enhancement recommendations separately with pricing so the board can prioritize what fits this year and what waits.

Do you handle common areas, entries, and amenity grounds?

All of it — entry monuments and seasonal color, common area turf, amenity centers and pool surrounds, trails and detention areas, plus the tree canopy that most communities defer until it becomes a safety problem.
