Irrigation Maintenance & Repairs That Hold
A broken head waters the parking lot. A stuck valve drowns one zone and starves another. A nicked lateral bleeds money underground for months. Our irrigation team fixes what’s broken with parts that match the system — and keeps maintained systems from breaking at all.
Repairs Are Urgent. Maintenance Is Cheaper.
When something’s wrong — a geyser at the curb, a brown zone, a controller throwing faults — we diagnose to the actual cause rather than the visible symptom, repair with commercial-grade matched components, and test the zone under pressure before we call it done. Every repair is documented so the system’s history travels with the property.
Maintained systems skip most of those calls: seasonal adjustments as demand shifts, heads straightened and flushed on schedule, programs tuned to weather and city watering rules, and small wear caught while it’s still small. That’s the difference between owning a system and being surprised by one.
- Diagnosis to cause, not symptom
- Commercial-grade matched parts
- Zones pressure-tested after repair
- Seasonal tuning & documentation

Repair & Maintenance Questions
How do I know if my irrigation system has a leak?
Watch for the tells: one strip of suspiciously lush turf, soggy ground days after watering, pressure that seems weaker at the far heads, or a water bill that jumped without a season change. Underground leaks rarely surface where they start — locating them is the skill you are hiring.
Do you winterize irrigation systems?
North Texas systems are built in-ground below our frost depth, so the full blow-out winterization of northern climates is not the ritual here. What matters instead: freeze-protecting exposed components like backflow devices and adjusting controllers for dormant-season rules — both part of our seasonal maintenance.
Can you maintain a system another contractor installed?
That is most of what we do — commercial systems installed years ago by whoever built the property. We learn the system, document what we find, repair what needs it, and from there it behaves like one of ours.
