Ice Management for Properties That Can’t Close
When a North Texas ice event hits, your walkways, drives, and entries are a liability question with your name on it. Our crews treat properties ahead of the storm, keep surfaces passable through it, and clean up after it clears.
The Storm Is the Wrong Time to Find a Contractor
DFW doesn’t get much winter — it gets a few days of it, all at once, and every property manager in the Metroplex calls for help at the same hour. The properties that stay open are the ones with a plan and a crew committed before the forecast turned.
Our ice management clients get exactly that: pre-treatment with ice melt as the front approaches, ice and sand application on drives and walks while it’s on the ground, and full cleanup of material once it clears. Your people and tenants get safe footing; you get documentation that the property was handled.
On posted hours: our office runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5 PM — but winter events don’t. Ice management is dispatched on storm activation, not the office calendar: contracted properties are treated ahead of the front and through the event, whenever it lands.
- Pre-storm ice melt application
- Ice & sand application during events
- Post-event cleanup included
- Walkways, drives & entries prioritized

Ice Management Questions
When should we set up ice management service?
Before winter — ideally when your annual property plan is built. Crews, material, and routes are committed to standing clients first; once a storm is in the forecast, capacity across DFW disappears in hours.
What parts of the property do you treat?
The places people walk and drive: entries, walkways, sidewalks, drive lanes, and parking areas — prioritized so the paths your tenants, employees, and customers actually use stay safe and open first.
Do you clean up the sand and material afterward?
Yes — cleanup is part of the service. Once the event clears, we remove the sand and residual material so the property looks like itself again instead of looking like the storm.
Do you offer snow plowing?
Our winter service is ice management — ice melt, ice and sand application, and cleanup — because that’s what North Texas winter events actually require. It’s the right tool for how DFW freezes.
